Apartment Facilities
We have limited bachelor, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available. Some units come with a balcony. All units are fully tiled and are equipped with a stove and kitchenette with under counter drawers and cupboard storage space for your convenience. Each unit is wired to an aerial and satellite dish for your TV set or DSTV decoder. All apartments have modern bathroom facilities.
Short-Term Furnished Rentals
We have limited 1 and 2 bedroom units that are fully furnished and ready for you to move right in! Suitable for students or lecturers needing to be closer to University (we are very near to Unisa Florida campus), business people and general holiday travellers needing accommodation in Florida. Security
The building is under 24 hour security and monitored by CCTV surveillance. All units have key-less entry and are accessed by high tech security cards coded to each individual unit. The building also offers secure parking for all its tenants.
Location
Located in Florida central along Albertina Sisulu Road, this apartment block is on the bus route and close to all amenities. Ideal for students, singles, newly wed couples and settled couples. Westpoint has 5 floors consisting of 120 units including bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Every second unit on the first floor and second floor has a walk out balcony.

Street level shops include a supermarket where you can conveniently do your shopping. All units also come with separate hot/cold water meters and have pre-paid electricity.
